Staff The Lions Eye Bank of Oregon is staffed by full time donor coordinators, full time technicians, numerous on-call per diem technicians, and quality assurance specialists. It is because of these dedicated healthcare professionals that the Lions Eye Bank of Oregon is successful in its mission to provide ocular tissue for transplant, research, and medical education. Meet our Staff: Barbara Crow CEBT Executive Director Ms. Crow brings over 22 years of eye banking experience to the eye bank. She is the a past chairman of the Eye Bank Association of America and continues to serve on several key EBAA committees. Chris Stoeger CEBT, CTBS Director of Operations Mr. Stoeger has over 12 years of eye and tissue banking experience. He continues to serve on many EBAA committees and is the co-author of several eye bank related scientific journal articles.
